I just bought my first J.M. Stevens knife! I love it! Great job on the grind, bone handle, blade to handle balance ratio. There were more modern options from this maker, but since I do some historic reenacting the coffin shaped handle was perfect for my 19th century garb. I am also a knife maker and J.M. Stevens knives are quality! Highly recommend!

I have a superbly crafted knife and leather sheath made by J. M. Stevens. Everyone who sees them is amazed. They are both truly beautiful. I also have a leather book cover for a journal that is a fine piece of craftsmanship. I have nothing but good to say about anything made by J. M. Stevens.

I have two knives from J. M. Stevens, and I love them both. One is a bushwhacker knife for my trips in and out of the jungles of Suriname, which never leaves the car. I also have a custom chef knife which I use daily in preparing dinner. Both knives I have had for 2 or more years and have never had to sharpen them. Fantastic qualityand they are gorgeous!

These knives are meant to be used and they haven’t let me down yet. The quality and durability of these tools are second to none and I highly recommend them if you are wanting to buy something that will last for generations.

I purchased your sushi knife last month. It cut through my sushi without breaking a single grain of rice. I am so impressed! It cut like a dream, and it felt wonderful in my hand! Thank you so much for such a beautiful and well made knife. I treasure it.

The knife that was produced for me was the most extraordinary I've ever seen!

What a great service to have knives picked up from my house, sharpened and repaired, and then delivered back to my home all in one day! My knives are super sharp again and look great!

I appreciated how simple the sharpening process was, how affordable the service was, and how everything was communicated to me via text every step of the way. For a small-business, this guy has got customer service figured out!

I submitted 8 hunting knives for sharpening several of which were damaged/pitted by corrosion and rust. I figured these were beyond repair. Boy was I wrong! J.M. Stevens not only put a fine edge on each knife, I can no longer discern the previously corroded ones from the excellent knives that only needed sharpened.
